Position Summary:
The RPN will work in a collaborative primary care setting within their scope of practice as per the College of Nurses of Ontario. Opportunities to pursue ongoing professional development to expand skills and work to full scope of practice will be provided.
Compensation
● Annual salary of $48,500 to$ 54,594 to commensurate with experience.

Operations
● Monday to Friday
● 37.5 hours
● Weekends and holidays off
After hours clinics may be held from time to time to meet specific patient and community
Duties, responsibilities, and skills include, but are not limited to:
• Providing direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Providing patient and family education
• Utilizing the nursing process
• Working within the scope of the practice defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Qualifications:
Registered Practical Nurse with registration with the College of Nurses in good standing.
Nursing experience in a community primary healthcare setting, experience in mental health and addictions an asset.
Current Police Check for Vulnerable Persons
Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
