The Indiana Fever guard delivered one of the finest offensive displays in WNBA history Friday night, helping her team erase a late deficit to defeat the Seattle Storm 110-107 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

“I mean, it’s cool. I don’t really care. I know what I’m capable of, and I know what this team is capable of. And it’s my job to help us win and be the best team in the WNBA. And I don’t think we’re there yet. So it’s my responsibility to help us get there. So we’ll keep working.”

She also established a new Fever single-game scoring record, eclipsing Kelsey Mitchell’s previous franchise best of 38 points.
Another piece of history came from beyond the arc. Clark reached 200 career three-pointers in just 74 games, making her the fastest player ever to hit that milestone.
Indiana’s comeback showed why Clark believes the Fever can contend
Although the records attracted national attention, the comeback itself may have been just as meaningful for Indiana.
Seattle appeared to be in control after opening an eight-point advantage with just over five minutes remaining. Instead of allowing the game to slip away, the Fever responded behind Clark’s leadership.
She sparked the rally with a difficult mid-range basket before taking over during the closing moments. With the score tied at 102-102 in the final minute, Clark created separation with a step-back three-pointer that gave Indiana the lead for good and energized the home crowd.
Her ability to deliver in the biggest moments has become one of the defining characteristics of her game since entering the WNBA.
The Fever also received a huge contribution from Kelsey Mitchell, who scored 30 points. Together, the star backcourt accounted for 75 of Indiana’s 110 points, providing the offensive firepower needed to overcome one of the league’s strongest defensive teams.
The victory improved Indiana to 15-10, another encouraging step for a franchise that has steadily climbed the standings since drafting Clark with the No. 1 overall pick.

If Clark’s record-breaking performance against Seattle proved anything, it’s that she possesses the talent to change games on her own.
But in her eyes, the job isn’t finished until Indiana reaches the top of the league, a standard she believes the Fever have not yet achieved, despite another unforgettable night in franchise history.
