There are three games tonight, tipping off at 8 PM EST between the Liberty and the Fever. The Fire will visit the Lynx at the same time, while the Valkyries will host the Mystics at 8:30 PM.

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.

Kayla McBride More Than 17.5 Points

McBride has scored at least 23 points in five of Minnesota’s six July games, leading the Lynx in scoring each time during that stretch. Her season began below her usual standard, with 14.0 PPG and sub-30% three-point shooting in May, but she has erupted for nearly 26 PPG while shooting close to 47% from deep in July. Portland has allowed 89.8 points per game, the third-most in the WNBA, leaving the Fire vulnerable to another productive night from Minnesota’s primary perimeter scorer. Napheesa Collier remains sidelined, which will help sustain McBride’s shot volume and offensive responsibility. She can attack this matchup through threes, movement shooting, and the additional on-ball opportunities she has received without Collier. McBride’s current role and form are encouraging.

Natasha Howard More Than 7.5 Rebounds

Howard only needs eight rebounds to clear a line that matches her 8.0-RPG season average. Portland has allowed 43.8 opponent rebounds per game, the fourth-most in the league, and that figure has increased to 45.0 over its last three games. That creates a favorable rebounding environment for Howard, who can collect boards as Minnesota’s interior defender while also generating opportunities around the offensive glass. Her season has been excellent across the board, as she is averaging 16.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3.1 assists en route to being selected as an All-Star starter. Howard is also playing 30.2 minutes per game, giving her a stable enough role to take advantage of the matchup. We’ll back her to reach at least eight rebounds against a Portland team that has struggled mightily on the glass.

Breanna Stewart More Than 20.5 Points

The matchup and rest advantage provide reasons to expect an above-average scoring night out of Breanna Stewart tonight. Her individual season has remained strong, with 20.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per game, even as injuries and lineup instability have contributed to New York’s uneven 13-11 start. Indiana has allowed 89.7 points per game, the fourth-most in the WNBA, and is playing on the second night of a back-to-back after surrendering 107 points to Seattle. New York unexpectedly received several days off after its game against Dallas was postponed, giving Stewart a much fresher setup than the Fever’s defenders. She can pressure Indiana’s defense in multiple ways, which makes her a strong candidate to reach 21 points.

Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you cannot pick the same player twice and you must select players from at least two different teams.

Enter an Amount

Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.

When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.

Compete for Prizes
