Will Thompson AKA @The300ChickenNuggets is a traditional ink artist who had developed what he calls a ‘Southern American Sumi-e’ style using sumi and Diamine ink on Bristol vellum. His detail-driven line work with fine brush strokes is uniquely dark and encapsulating.
Hailing from the US state of Georgia, he studied law but found his true passion outside of the courtroom. His artistic technique combines minute ticks and lines slowly grown into a piece of definitive depth and shadow, reflecting what Will describes as a “Self-Creating Prophecy ” approach that “balances intricate detail with a spontaneous, ADHD-fueled creativity”.
