Jonas Vingegaard crashed out of the Tour de France during Sunday’s stage, going down with Isaac del Toro on the descent of the penultimate climb. The two-time winner has never not finished a Grand Tour.
Vingegaard’s wheel slipped out and he went down with teammate Sepp Kuss. Race leader Tadej Pogacar barely avoided the wreck.
Stage 15 concludes on the HC summit finish of Plateau de Solaison, 11.3 km of 9.1 percent.
