Everything you need to know about LIV Golf UK as the league returns to after a long break…

The tenth event of the season will be staged in its tenth different country as the embattled league heads to JCB Golf & Country Club in England for LIV Golf UK.

Fourteen LIV players will be coming from The Open at Royal Birkdale – where Ryan Fox lifted the Claret Jug in epic fashion – including Lucas Herbert, who equaled the major championship scoring record with a 62 before going on to finish tied-6th.

Bryson DeChambeau was also heavily involved at the 154th edition of golf’s oldest major after becoming embroiled in a rules drama following the second round.

But they will be back in familiar surroundings this week, so let’s take a look at everything you need to know about the action from the heart of the UK.

LIV Golf UK field

Phil Mickelson will miss the tournament as his extended break from the game continues. He will once again be replaced in the Hyflyers roster by Scott Vincent.

Meanwhile, Louis Oosthuizen has withdrawn due to injury. Fellow South African Martin Vorster, the world number 580, will fill in for the former Champion Golfer.

If you’re watching in the US, the coverage will be on Fox Sports, while in the UK each of the four rounds will air on TNT. Coverage begins roughly 30 minutes before the opening tee shot.

LIV Golf UK prize money
