LNGVTY, a skin longevity beauty brand, has raised Rs 5 crore in a seed funding round led by Rukam Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage consumer startups, with participation from angel investors.
The startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen D2C marketing and customer acquisition, expand the product portfolio, invest in research and innovation, and build the founding team to accelerate the brand’s growth across India.
Speaking on the funding, Nishit Ratthe, Founder of LNGVTY, said, “I like the beauty category too much to watch it swim in mediocrity. I believe longevity is the one true purpose of beauty. Your skin is a regenerative organ. Most skincare treats it like a surface to coat. We built LNGVTY to help it do a better job of regenerating itself.”
“India’s skincare market is entering a new phase as consumers increasingly seek science-backed products that deliver long-term results. With the market expected to nearly double over the next decade, we see a significant opportunity for brands built on strong scientific foundations. LNGVTY stood out to us for its differentiated biology-first approach, clinically backed products and Nishit’s deep understanding of the beauty industry, which gave us the conviction to invest,” said Archana Jahagirdar, Founder and Managing Partner, Rukam Capital.
The investment comes as India’s skincare market undergoes a shift towards science-backed and preventive skincare. Valued at more than USD 9 billion in 2025, the market is projected to reach nearly $18.4 billion by 2034, driven by premiumisation, rising consumer awareness and growing demand for clinically validated products.
