A 50-year-old man has been charged with groping another man in an English Bay beach bathroom, according to Vancouver Police.
The attack allegedly happened on July 20th, around 3 p.m.
The accused was arrested and remains in custody pending a bail hearing on charges of sexual assault and failing to comply with a release order.
