Wildfires are a tragedy for everyone. Smoke doesn’t stop at borders. It follows the wind.

Canada has helped the U.S. during wildfire disasters, just as the U.S. has helped Canada. Blaming either country for where smoke travels makes little sense. No government can control the direction of the wind.
Let’s support our firefighters, help affected communities and work together.

Why is the Mark Carney government wasting all those hard-earned taxpayer dollars to advertise on TV channels, telling us what they “will do” while having not one completed project or even one new one with permits completed and shovels in the ground?
Stop wasting those dollars to promote wishful thinking and illusions and using them to divert public attention from mounting failures.
Perhaps they would be advised to wait until they have something concrete and visible to report and crow about.
