Two ramps on the west side of Lagimodiere Boulevard will close Monday, July 27, as crews continue work on the Lagimodiere Twin Overpasses Rehabilitation Project.
The closures affect the southbound exit to Concordia Avenue and the on-ramp from Concordia Avenue to southbound Lagimodiere Boulevard.
The City of Winnipeg says the closures are expected to last six to seven weeks. Detour routes and advance signage will be in place to help guide motorists through the area.
The ramp closures follow intersection improvements at Grassie Boulevard and Lagimodiere Boulevard that began earlier this month.

The Lagimodiere Twin Overpasses Rehabilitation Project began in January and is expected to continue for two years. The work is focused on repairing the twin overpasses and extending their lifespan by another 50 years, according to the city.
During the first phase of construction, traffic remains reduced to one lane in each direction while crews work on the southbound bridge.
Motorists travelling through northeast Winnipeg are encouraged to plan for delays and follow posted detours while the ramp closures are in place.
