LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky men’s golf released its 2025-26 schedule on Saturday, announcing a slate which includes two home tournaments and 10 events overall.
“Once again we are upping our schedule to play against the best competition on challenging courses,” head coach Gator Todd said. “We’re excited to host twice this year and give the Lexington community two chances to watch some outstanding college golf right here at home.”
On the home docket is the second rendition of the Cullan Brown Collegiate, October 6-7 at Lexington Country Club, and the return of the Bluegrass Collegiate, April 13-14 at the University Club of Kentucky.
The Wildcats will begin the season at the Visit Knox Collegiate, Sept. 5-7 at Tennessee National Golf Club, making their first appearance at the event hosted by the University of Tennessee. UK will then return to the Bearcat Invitational for the second consecutive season, Sept. 15-16 at Coldstream Country Club, before the Cullan is held the first week of October. Rounding out the fall portion of the schedule is the Williams Cup, Oct. 19-21 at Eagle Point Golf Club in Wilmington, North Carolina.
“Adding the Williams Cup to end the fall will be a great experience against one of the best fields in college golf,” Todd said.
Kentucky will once again start the spring in Panama City Beach, Florida at the Watersound Invitational, Feb. 16-18.
“The Watersound was awesome last year and we’re looking forward to opening the spring there against another outstanding field,” Todd said.
Next up are a pair of new tournaments for the Cats, the Colleton River Collegiate, March 1-2, and the Linger Longer Invitational, March 20-22.
Kentucky will once again tee it up at the Mason Rudolph Championship, April 3-5, at Vanderbilt Legends Club, before returning home to finish the regular season with the Bluegrass Collegiate Invitational. Hosted at the University Club of Kentucky’s Big Blue Course, the Bluegrass Collegiate Invitational debuted in 2008 and will be returning for the first time since 2015.
This year’s SEC Championship will return to Sea Island Golf Club’s Seaside Course and will be contested April 22-26.
NCAA Regionals are scheduled for May 18-20 at six sites across the country. The NCAA Men’s Golf Championship is back at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California for the third consecutive season, with this year’s tournament taking place May 29 – June 3.
The 2025-26 edition of the Wildcats features a young and talented roster which includes three freshmen and three sophomores. Last year’s scoring average leader, Jack Schoenberger, is back for another season, while Alabama transfer Luke Coyle returns to his home state to join the Blue and White.
