Sculpt Studio says they want to offer small classes, specialised equipment and a focus on feeling better, not just fitter.
The new boutique wellness venue on East Quay, Bristol Road, opened on Sunday July 19 and offers a programme of small-group Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Mat Pilates classes.
Reformer Pilates has grown in popularity nationally as a low‑impact form of exercise that can help build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility and reduce stress. The studio’s programme will sit alongside Yoga and Mat Pilates sessions aimed at improving balance, mobility and mindfulness.
To coincide with the opening, Sculpt Studio plans to offer a series of introductory deals and launch promotions for new members. Residents can find timetables, prices and booking details on the Sculpt Studio Bridgwater website, or @sculptstudiobridgwater on Instagram.
The new business owners say the aim is to offer a more personalised pilates experience for people at different fitness levels, from beginners to those already exercising regularly.
“Bridgwater has a thriving community, and we wanted to create a beautiful, purpose-built space where people can invest in their health and wellbeing,” said the founders of Sculpt Studio.
They added: “Whether someone is completely new to Pilates or already enjoys regular exercise, our goal is to make everyone feel welcome and supported.
“Our small-group classes allow instructors to provide more personalised guidance and encouragement, helping members achieve better results while feeling part of a supportive community.”
