One person sustained life-threatening injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 400 early Thursday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the crash on the Highway 400 southbound ramp to Highway 401 eastbound just after 1 a.m., according to the Ministry of Transportation 511 page.
The crash involved three passenger vehicles, the Ontario Provincial Police said.
Injuries sustained by one person were upgraded to life-threatening, the OPP said.
As of 6:50 a.m., the Highway 400 northbound and southbound ramps to Highway 401 eastbound were closed.
Police said the on-scene investigation is continuing.
