The Rustington location, on Churchill Parade, will become home to Snap Fitness later this year and will offer more than 8,000 sq. ft. of modern training space across two floors.
Facilities will include two group exercise studios, state-of-the-art Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment, infrared saunas and a dedicated recovery zone.
Iain Colquhoun, franchise owner of Snap Fitness Rustington, said: “We’re really looking forward to bringing Snap Fitness to Rustington, a place I know very well from growing up in the area.
“I’m excited to get going with this new venture and our goal is for Snap Fitness to be the most inclusive gym in the area and somewhere that people feel completely at ease when they walk through our door.”
The gym will be the first Snap Fitness venue for Mr Colquhoun and his business partner, Austin O’Malley.
Members will benefit from 24/7 access, free parking and the ability to use more than 1,000 Snap Fitness gyms worldwide.
One of the key features of the new facility will be its dedicated Reformer Pilates studio.
This studio will be equipped with beds featuring built-in touchscreens, giving members access to more than 800 on-demand video workouts at any time.
The gym is expected to create several new jobs in the area.

The opening date for Snap Fitness Rustington will be announced soon.
