Looking for the best WNBA player props today? For Monday, August 3rd, my favorite DraftKings Sportsbook picks are Awa Fam U 11.5 Points (-111), Jonquel Jones U 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+104) and Jewell Loyd U 8.5 Points (-114).

Below, I break down why each prop stands out based on projected role, matchup and recent performance.

Top WNBA Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Awa Fam U 11.5 Points (-111)

Fam is only averaging 11 PPG this season and the rookie has been cold as of late, falling short of 11.5 points in seven of her past 10. She is shooting just 37.1% from the field and she is handling a low 14.8% usage rate during this stretch, which ranks sixth for the Storm.

Fam is facing the Liberty tonight, who rank eighth in defensive rating and who she scored 15 points against in late June. However, that matchup was at home in Seattle, whereas tonight will be on the road in New York and Fam’s home/road splits have been dramatic during her rookie season. The 20-year-old is scoring 12.4 PPG at home, but 9.7 PPG on the road. Fam has stayed under 11.5 points in 8-of-13 road games this season and she should fall short of this number again tonight.

Jonquel Jones U 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+104)

Jones is shooting 38% on three-pointers this season, resulting in 1.7 made treys per game and she has hit a wall recently. In her first three starts since the All-Star break, Jones has made just one trey on 10 attempts. She has gone without a make from distance in back-to-back games and Jones is facing a Storm defense tonight that is limiting its opponents to the second-lowest three-point percentage in the league this season (31.3%).

Jones went 3-of-8 on three-pointers when she went against Seattle on June 25th, but Breanna Stewart was inactive that night, leaving Jones with a much larger role than usual. Stewart is healthy and thriving right now, and Jones’s outside shooting struggles should continue with the Storm in town.

Jewell Loyd U 8.5 Points (-114)

Loyd has slowed down in her 10th season, averaging 8.1 PPG on 36% shooting, both of which are career lows. In her last game, Loyd was held to just three points in 24 minutes off the bench vs. the Sky. This game was on the road in Chicago and struggling when competing away from Las Vegas has been the norm for Loyd this season. The veteran is averaging just 7.1 PPG on the road, compared to 9.1 at home.

Loyd will remain on the road tonight when the Aces visit the Dream. Atlanta ranks fourth in defensive rating and in her one matchup vs. the Dream this season, Loyd finished with seven points on 2-of-8 shooting in 29 minutes. We should see a similar performance tonight and back Loyd for under 8.5 points with confidence.
