Montreal defensive back Najee Murray and linebacker Tyrell Richards have been fined for high hits in a CFL game against Ottawa.
Edmonton defensive lineman Noah Taylor was also fined for making contact with an official, the league said Thursday.
Murray was fined for a high hit on Redblacks quarterback Jake Maier and Richards for a high hit on wide receiver Justin Hardy on Friday.
Taylor received objectionable conduct penalties in both the first and second quarters of Saturday’s 28-26 loss to the visiting Saskatchewan Roughriders. The first was for contact with an official and the second was embellishment. Taylor was ejected after the second penalty.
