How Ultimate Longevity Center is transforming retail into a personalized extension of care while creating a high-margin revenue opportunity for franchise owners.
Consumers spend billions of dollars each year on vitamins, supplements and wellness products, yet most purchases still happen the same way: standing in front of hundreds of bottles or scrolling through endless online options, trying to make sense of it.
Ultimate Longevity Center is taking a different approach.
Rather than treating retail as a separate business or an afterthought, the brand’s Apothecary is designed as a key piece of each member’s personalized health journey. Every recommendation begins with diagnostic testing, is informed by clinical data and supports the individualized protocols developed inside the center.
For members, that means access to a thoughtfully curated selection of trusted products selected to complement their individual health and longevity goals, removing much of the guesswork that often comes with wellness shopping. For franchisees, it creates an additional high-margin revenue stream that complements diagnostics and recovery services while strengthening long-term member engagement.
That philosophy reflects a broader shift in how Ultimate Longevity Center approaches longevity care. Rather than viewing diagnostics, recovery and retail as separate businesses, the company has built a connected model in which each component reinforces the next, creating a more personalized experience for members and a more diversified business model for franchise owners.

Connecting the Journey
It all starts in the Lab.
Bloodwork, genetic testing and other diagnostics identify deficiencies, health risks and opportunities for interventions such as hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy and personalized supplementation. Those findings shape each member’s experience in the Playground through services including sauna, cold therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy and lymphatic drainage before ultimately extending into the Apothecary.
“Everything downstream is informed by the diagnostic data,” said Don Michael, President of Ultimate Longevity Center. “Bloodwork and genetic testing identify specific deficiencies or risk factors, which determine which Playground modalities are recommended and which Apothecary protocol a member is sent home with. The model is built around individual results, not a standard package applied to everyone.”

That same philosophy shapes the Apothecary itself.
Rather than filling shelves with hundreds of wellness products, Ultimate Longevity Center has curated a focused collection of brands and formulations Gary Brecka personally uses and stands behind, including Baja Gold, H2Tabs, Perfect Aminos, BodyHealth electrolytes, Lifeforce supplements and Cymbiotika.
“We went through the process of identifying the best in each category so members don’t have to,” said Michael. “Walking into a supplement aisle or scrolling online, most people are left guessing. There are too many options and no way to know what’s actually worth taking. We removed that guesswork. What we carry is what we’d stand behind ourselves.”
The result is an Apothecary that functions less like a traditional supplement retailer and more like an extension of each member’s personalized health plan. Instead of asking members what they want to buy, the model begins with a different question: What does their body actually need?
While the Apothecary enhances the member experience, it also strengthens the business model for franchise owners.
Because retail recommendations are directly connected to diagnostics and personalized care plans, the Apothecary creates an additional revenue stream that naturally complements the center’s clinical and recovery services. Rather than operating as a standalone retail business, it extends the member relationship beyond each visit while reinforcing the personalized protocols developed inside the center.
The difference becomes clear when compared to the way most wellness services are delivered today.
“Right now, testing, recovery and supplementation are handled by three separate providers with no coordination between them,” said Michael. “A member gets bloodwork done in one place, recovery services somewhere else, and buys supplements with no clinical context at all. We built Ultimate Longevity Center to close that gap. A member is tested, uses services and products informed by those results, and leaves with a protocol that’s actually built around their own biology. It’s a single, continuous experience rather than three disconnected transactions.”

Extending the Model
The Apothecary strategy also reaches beyond Ultimate Longevity Center itself.
As Sequel Brands expands its portfolio, many of the same curated products will become available across concepts, including BODY20, Pilates Addiction, iFlex and beem. The strategy allows Sequel Brands to leverage retail products already validated within Ultimate Longevity Center while creating an additional revenue opportunity across multiple wellness concepts.
“This isn’t really about building retail efficiency,” said Michael. “These products are already validated and already work. Once we know that, the value doesn’t stop at Ultimate Longevity Center. We’re extending what we already know works to people who are positioned to benefit from it.”
The expansion reflects Sequel Brands’ broader strategy of identifying proven wellness solutions that can create value across multiple concepts while maintaining the same emphasis on trusted products and personalized guidance.
As the longevity economy continues to evolve, Ultimate Longevity Center believes the greatest opportunity isn’t simply offering more wellness products, it’s helping people use the right ones, at the right time, as part of a holistic and personalized health strategy.
Looking ahead, the company plans to continue refining the integrated model that connects diagnostics, recovery and retail while strengthening the relationships that keep members engaged over the long term.
“We’re not looking at this as a model that needs more added to it,” said Michael. “We already know what we have works. The evolution is about helping members carry it forward, in and out of the center. As new research and findings emerge, we’ll continue refining what we offer so we keep earning the trust our members already have in us.”
