Two teens suffered serious injuries in a stabbing in Brampton on Monday night.
Emergency crews responded to reports of a stabbing in the Kennedy Road and Glidden Road area at around 10:45 p.m., Peel Regional Police said.
A Peel Regional Paramedics spokesperson said multiple units responded to the call.
Two male youths were found suffering from stab wounds, police said.
One male suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a trauma centre, the Peel Regional Paramedics spokesperson said.
The other male suffered serious, non-life-threatening injuries, the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said they are both under the age of 18.
Police said both youths are now in stable, non-life-threatening condition.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Police later said they are looking for two people in connection with the stabbing.
One person is described as a Black male with a muscular build and a black goatee-style beard. He was wearing black khaki shorts, khaki-coloured shoes and a grey T-shirt with the word “Sleep” written in white lettering.
The second person is described as a Black male with a slim build and medium-length black dreadlocks. He was wearing dark green pants, black shoes and a black hoodie with “1977” written across the chest.
