Everything you need to know about LIV Golf Indianapolis, which will almost certainly be the final event of the 2026 LIV Golf season.
LIV Golf heads to Indianapolis this week for what is now expected to be the final event of its 2026 season.
The league’s planned season-ending Team Championship in Michigan has not been formally cancelled, but reports suggest it will not go ahead, with a number of LIV players already committing to alternative tournaments that week. The official LIV Golf schedule still lists the Michigan event for August 27-30, but Indianapolis now looks increasingly likely to be the last time we see the league in action this year.
That makes this a particularly significant week for a league already facing plenty of uncertainty about its future.
LIV Golf Indianapolis returns to The Club at Chatham Hills for the second successive year, with players set to compete over four rounds for the individual and team titles.
Here’s everything you need to know.

This is no longer the winner-takes-all Individual Championship finale that LIV Golf had originally planned.
Rahm has already secured the 2026 Individual Championship, meaning the biggest individual season-long prize has been decided before the field arrives in Indiana.
There is still plenty to play for, however.
The $4 million tournament winner’s prize remains up for grabs, while players will also be competing for team prize money and points.
And with the future of LIV Golf itself under the microscope, Indianapolis could prove to be a rather more important tournament than anyone expected when the 2026 schedule was first announced.
The league has already announced plans for a significantly reworked 2027 product, while the loss of Saudi backing and uncertainty surrounding several high-profile players has raised fresh questions about what comes next.
For now, though, all eyes turn to Chatham Hills.
