The most expensive homes sold last month in Mississauga all went for over $2 million.

The real estate market continues to be sluggish for sellers.

The average selling price dropped to $899,002 in July, down 11.4 per cent compared to $1,014,120 in June, real estate platform Zoocasa said in its monthly report. The average price was at $995,599 in July 2025, according to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board data.

Multi-million-dollar homes are still selling, but all the most expensive homes sold last month in Mississauga went for under list prices, according to Zoocasa.

Here is Zoocasa’s list of the most expensive homes sold in Mississauga in July:

This five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home has over 8,000 square feet of finished living space and is located just south of Square One Shopping Centre. Features include a large deck, a skylight and gas fireplace in the family room, another gas fireplace in the living room, a finished basement with a games area, a wet bar, an exercise area and a playroom.

This home sold for $2,150,000, under the $2,299,900 list price.

This four-bedroom, six-bathroom home sits on treed, wide lot in Lakeview. The family room and kitchen area are bright, and with very deep lots at the back it feels like there no rear neighbours. The home is near Lakefront Promenade Park and Lake Ontario.

This home sold for $2,250,000, under the $2,299,000 list price.

This custom-built six-bedroom, six-bathroom home offers over 6,800 square feet of total finished living space in Applewood Acres. Features include a self-contained rental suite with a separate entrance, white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, a covered patio with a wood-burning fireplace and a garden suite. The home is at the Toronto and Mississauga border near Applewood Plaza, parks, the QEW and Highway 427.

This home sold for $2,825,000, under the $2,999,888 list price.

This custom-built, five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is in Port Credit. Features include approximately 7,100 square feet of living space, a two-storey living room and breakfast room, a main-floor library, mudroom, a theatre, a wet bar and a saltwater swimming pool.

This home sold for $3,125,000, under the $3,245,000 list price.

The most expensive home on the list is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home that backs onto a ravine in Meadowvale. Features include approximately 8,372 square feet of living space across three levels, large windows, a butler’s pantry, a breakfast area with a walkout to a terrace, a tray ceiling and gas fireplace in the family room, ensuite bathrooms for all bedrooms and hardwood flooring.

This home sold for $3,410,000, under the $3,749,850 list price.
