Of the top 50 complaints to Edmonton’s 311 line in 2025, more than 40 per cent were related to parking, city data shows. The top complaint was abandoned vehicles, with safety issues and parking on private property close behind. One city councillor is asking administration to outline ways to enforce the rules better and whether fine amounts are actually working to deter bad parking behaviour.
