Montreal police are getting ready to equip officers with body-worn cameras. The move comes after years of debate about the usefulness of the devices and comes following two high-profile incidents in which police were allegedly both the victim and the abuser. But as Phil Carpenter reports, not everyone is convinced the cameras will lead to better conduct by police.
