The Los Angeles Rams are having Brenda Song, the former Disney Channel star, on the broadcast for their postseason game.
Known for her time as an actress, Song has also built a reputation as one of America’s more football-savvy celebrities.
She has deep sports knowledge, mainly in basketball and football, from her time as a Lakers and Rams fan.
Song has collaborated with the Rams in the past, but now she’ll be in the third quarter of Rams vs. Saints.

After the 2024 season, Song called out the Rams over their lack of run defense, pointing to defensive coordinator Chris Shula and asking for reinforcements at a specific position.
“Let me tell you, (Rams defensive coordinator) Chris Shula, I like you a lot. I like what you’ve done with our front four. But my issue is: We don’t have a run-stopper. We don’t use our middle linebackers in the middle. We can’t stop the run. That’s our biggest problem besides our O-line,” she said on Mythical Kitchen.
She also had pointed comments against the offense, calling out the lack of protection for quarterback Matthew Stafford.
“Let’s talk about Mike LaFleur, our OC, about our O-line and why Jalen Carter sacked Matthew Stafford,” Song added. “The Philadelphia score should have been 28-29 and the Rams should have been — we would have murdered the Commanders. Sorry, Jayden Daniels, but we would have been in the Super Bowl.”

Song’s passion for the Rams runs deep.
To show how committed she is to the Rams, Song said her biggest regret in life was that she could not be an offensive lineman.
“Not being an offensive lineman, so I could have protected Matt Stafford from that Jalen Carter sack,” she said.
Her passion earned respect from the football community and even the Rams organization, as she helped reveal the team’s 2025 schedule.
Now, she gets to show her knowledge of the roster’s fringes and really show how serious she is about football.
