Pedestrian and vehicle collision in South Surrey

A road closure has occurred on 24 Avenue between 153 and 154 street in South Surrey due to a suspected cyclist and vehicle collision on Aug. 23.
In a post made in a South Surrey and White Rock social media community group it shares the road closure as well as mentioning driving by at approximately 3 p.m. and seeing an injured individual on the road and firefighters were working on them.
A journalist with Peace Arch News went down to the scene and did not see an individual but yellow tape had blocked the surrounding area along with evidence markers on the road near the car which had a bike resting on it. Surrey Police Service (SPS) were also seen on the scene.
