“Lady” Mir is already making history.

And oddsmakers are expecting her to dominate.

Mir is currently listed as high as a whopping -1600 favorite, with Apodaca coming back at +800. That makes Mir the biggest women’s betting favorite in Contender Series history.

The previous record holders were Shannon Clark, who reached -1500, and Antonina Shevchenko, who entered her appearance at -1350.

Of course, massive betting odds sometimes guarantee nothing. Clark was famously knocked out by Yuneisy Duben, who entered their fight as an enormous underdog.

Nevertheless, it is easy to understand why oddsmakers are so confident in Mir.

Mir is also undefeated in professional MMA at 4-0, with three first-round submissions (watch highlights). She has remained active in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, winning several titles while compiling a perfect 3-0 record under the UFC BJJ banner.

All she does is win, right?

That is certainly what oddsmakers expect her to do tomorrow. If Mir delivers another impressive performance, she could earn a UFC contract and take the next step toward following in her father’s footsteps while carving out a legacy of her own.
