Peel Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Francis, who has been missing from Brampton for several days.
Police say Francis was last seen on Friday near Wanless Drive and McLaughlin Road North. Investigators have described him as vulnerable and are concerned for his safety.
Francis is described as South Asian, approximately 21 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a medium build, short black hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing black track pants, black gloves and carrying a black backpack. Police say he may also be travelling on a scooter.
