The 24th Annual House of Kin Charity Golf Tournament takes place Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, at Pine Grove Golf Club in Sudbury, raising funds for affordable medical stays
House of Kin will bring golfers, sponsors, prize donors and supporters together for a day on the course in support of patients and families travelling to Sudbury for medical care.
The 24th annual charity tournament begins at 9:30 a.m. and includes 18 holes of golf, a shared cart, sausage-on-a-bun lunch, steak dinner and cold beverages.
Proceeds support House of Kin’s affordable accommodations for people receiving treatment, attending medical appointments or supporting loved ones in hospital, clinics, dialysis centres and care homes.
Guests may stay from three days to six weeks while accessing cancer treatment, specialized care and other medical services.

The need reaches across Northern Ontario.
House of Kin provided 6,976 room nights last year, including 3,114 for guests from Cochrane, 1,246 from Algoma, 722 from Timiskaming, 443 from Nipissing and 253 from Sudbury.
“This tournament is about more than golf, it is about coming together to support House of Kin and the patients and their loved ones who rely on us for a “Home Away From Home” while travelling for medical care. Every player, sponsor, and raffle prize donation helps make a difference,” said Claire Sheridan, president of House of Kin.
Registration is $150 per golfer, with four players per team.
Mixed, all-male and all-female teams are welcome and the tournament is limited to 120 golfers.
Registration is available by emailing [email protected], calling 705-522-3600 ext. 101, dropping off registration at 1889 Regent St. in Sudbury, or visiting houseofkinsudbury.ca/24thannualcharitygolftornament.
