The cast of Off Campus are firmly on the radar of Vancouver celebrity spotters.
It feels like you might see the actors anywhere, including the stage at the next big show.
On Tuesday (Aug. 25), fans who turned out to see The Beaches for the Summer Night Concerts at the PNE got more than just a musical show.
The cast of the hit Amazon Prime series joined the Canadian rock band on stage at the new Freedom Mobile Arch for one of their final songs.
“The song is called ‘Blame Brett,’ and it was one of the last songs they played. The cast (Jalen Thomas Brooks, Antonio Cipriano, Ella Bright, India Fowler) came out on stage for the song,” spokesperson Adam Forsythe tells Vancouver Is Awesome.
He adds that “the crowd went wild as it was a complete surprise.”

But it’s no surprise that the show’s actors are in town, as the cast is currently filming Season 2 in Vancouver.
Off Campus is described as an “unexpected love story between a music student and the university’s star hockey player” that covers major themes of love and growing up, including the support and complexities of deep bonds, such as friendship, according to IMDb.com.
The show is based on a popular book of the same name written by Elle Kennedy.
Belmont Cameli, the star hockey player, is played by Garrett Graham, while Ella Bright plays his musically gifted love interest, Hannah Wells.
Stephen Kaylyn, 28, hails from Markham, Ont. and plays Briar University’s star defenceman, Dean Di Laurentis.
Jalen Thomas Brooks plays Tucker, and Antonio Cipriano plays John Logan; both are hockey players. India Fowler is a sociology major dating John Logan.
