A teenage boy riding an e-scooter sustained non-life-threatening injuries when he was struck by a vehicle in the ByWard Market on Thursday, Ottawa paramedics say.
Paramedics said they were called to Clarence and Dalhousie streets at 11:35 a.m.
The vehicle was travelling at low speed when the collision happened, said paramedic spokesperson Marc-Antoine Deschamps.
Paramedics stabilized the teen and took him to hospital where he is in stable condition.
