Police say a cyclist is seriously injured after a collision in Brampton on Thursday.
Peel Regional Police said in a social media post that the incident happened close to Dixie Road and North Park Drive and police responded to it around 10:30a.m.
Police say that a vehicle struck a male cyclist in this area and the cyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries. The driver involved remained on scene.
Police have closed roads in the area for investigation and have advised drivers to expect delays.
