A transport truck fire has closed lanes on Highway 401 in Mississauga Friday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the fire in the eastbound collector lanes around Winston Churchill Boulevard just before 2 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police said.
No injuries were reported.
As of 4 a.m., the eastbound collector lanes were fully closed at Winston Churchill Boulevard, and expected to remain closed for several more hours to facilitate clean-up efforts, police said.
The express lanes are fully open.
