A driver suffered minor injuries after a vehicle struck a power pole in northwest Calgary on Friday morning.

Emergency crews were called to the single‑vehicle collision around 8:45 a.m. on Sarcee Trail approaching Stoney Trail NW.

Police say the driver suffered minor injuries.

Sarcee Trail was closed at Stoney Trail while crews repaired the damaged pole and clear debris. The road has since reopened.
