The University of Arizona women’s soccer team played the University of North Carolina in an exhilarating match on Thursday. Sofia Cortes-Browne saved the first UNC penalty attempt in the 40th minute, but could not save the second penalty later in the game Arizona then went down 0-2 in the 75th minute after a corner kick goal. Jessica Bedolla would get the Cats on the board but no further offense led to a 2-1 loss for the Wildcats against the No. 9 ranked UNC Tarheels
