The least expensive home sold for $309,000 in Mississauga last month.

Mississauga’s real estate market cooled in August, with sales falling 13 per cent month-over-month to 435 transactions, real estate platform Zoocasa said in its analysis of the August Toronto Regional Real Estate Board data.

Condo apartment prices continued to decline, down to $495,052 from $511,649 in July, according to TRREB data. The average price for a condo apartment was $549,936 in August 2025.

All the least expensive homes sold in Mississauga last month were condo apartments, according to Zoocasa.

This large three-bedroom, two-storey condo unit is located in Sheridan close to the QEW, Clarkson GO Train Station and shopping. Features include an open-concept main floor, a large balcony, ensuite laundry facilities and a two-piece ensuite bathroom.

This place sold for $400,000, over the $384,900 list price.

This place sold for $370,000, under the $389,900 list price.

This place sold for the $375,000 list price.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in Fairview was the least expensive place sold last month. Features include high ceilings, laminate flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open-concept design, built-in Fisher and Paykel appliances, a ceramic backsplash and a three-piece ensuite bathroom.

This place sold for $309,000, under the $319,900 list price.
