New pieces across the brand’s LUXE, ONE, and TRAIL lines adapt as fast as the weather changes.

Chicago, IL (September 11, 2026) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ –  Fall riding is a gamble. A 40-degree morning can turn into a 70-degree afternoon, and the wrong kit means either freezing at the start or overheating by the end. The new pieces in Velocio’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection are built for that uncertainty, equipping riders with gear that adapts to the day rather than forcing them to bet on the forecast.

“Nobody wants to stand in their kitchen every morning trying to solve a weather puzzle,” said Velocio design director and co-founder Brad Sheehan. “We designed this collection to simplify that moment. These pieces work together to perform across changing conditions so that you can start pedalling without overthinking or overpacking.”

The collection brings new jackets, vests, insulators, jerseys, and bib tights to Velocio’s road- and gravel-focused LUXE and ONE lines, plus new long sleeves to its mountain bike-focused TRAIL line. It also includes a refreshed slate of accessories that extend the utility of riders’ existing kit into the colder season ahead. Highlights from the new collection include:

LUXE Air Vest and Jacket – The LUXE Air Vest and Jacket deliver exceptional warmth in a lightweight build that wears more like a jersey than a winter jacket. Both styles pair a lightweight, 100% recycled Japanese face fabric with body-mapped 80g insulation and a breathable fleece back. Available in Dark Sulphur and Dark Slate,

ONE Thermal Bib Tight- New this season, the ONE Thermal Bib Tight splits the difference between Velocio’s LUXE Bib Tight and LUXE Thermal Bib Tight. It uses a recycled thermal fabric and moderate compression to deliver mid-distance versatility for riders who want a single piece of fall kit that can handle most rides. Available in Black.

TRAIL Merino Long Sleeve – The TRAIL Merino Long Sleeve regulates temps without overheating for an all-day MTB essential when temperatures begin to drop. The grid-knit, heavyweight merino blend lifts off your skin to trap warmth while creating channels that move air, wicking away sweat and excess heat. A lighter mesh panel on the back cranks up breathability exactly where you need it most. Available in Black, Rock Ridge, and Deep Forest.

Air Pullover – The Air Pullover is a new do-it-all essential for the cold months ahead. A featherweight 95g high-loft fleece traps heat at rest and turbocharges breathability on the move, while merino-grid sleeves add durability and slide easily into a shell. A relaxed, boxy fit is just as at home off the bike as on it. Available in Black and Red Ochre.

New Accessories – Rounding out the collection, Velocio is introducing the LUXE Merino Arm Warmer (Coming Soon), LUXE Merino Beanie, LUXE Thermal Collar), and Zero Cap (Coming Soon) — small additions built to extend the riding season for the kit riders already own.
