Former Sudbury Five guard Keyshawn Bryant, who made a very brief appearance with the team last season, has signed an NBA contract with the Atlanta Hawks.
The team put out a release to highlight the fact Bryant played two games with the Five during the 2025-26 campaign. Although his time was brief, his numbers were impressive, with Bryant averaging 31.5 points, six rebounds and four steals.
“During his brief time in Sudbury, Bryant was electric, showcasing his athleticism and high-flying dunking ability,” the team said in a news release. “On his first day in Sudbury, Bryant attended a community event at Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School, where he put his incredible athleticism on display including breaking the school’s backboard with a dunk.”
The Five called Bryant’s rise in the ranks to the NBA an “historic moment for the organization.”
“The Sudbury Five would like to congratulate Keyshawn Bryant on signing his NBA contract and wish him all the best as he continues his basketball journey at the highest level.”
