Police are searching for a woman wanted in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins across Mississauga.
Police Regional Police say the incidents happened during the early morning hours of Sept. 3 and Sept. 6 in neighbourhoods throughout the city.
Investigators allege vehicles were entered by smashing windows or through unlocked doors and valuables were stolen.
Police say 71 vehicles were involved in the investigation. No vehicles were stolen and all were unoccupied at the time.
Andrea Cederberg, 33, of no fixed address, is wanted on 23 counts of attempting to commit an indictable offence, nine counts each of mischief over $5,000 and theft under $5,000, and one count of theft over $5,000.
Police say the investigation is connected to the recent arrest of Cory Lowden, 34, of no fixed address.
Investigators have also identified possible connections to similar vehicle-related crimes under investigation in Halton Region, Toronto, York Region and Waterloo Region.
Police say they are working with other police services across the Greater Toronto Area to determine the full scope of the alleged activity.
