The start times for the 2026 Elite Women’s World Time Trial Championships were announced relatively late on Saturday. Skye Davidson of Zimbabwe will open the World Cycling Championships in Montreal at 9:19:30 a.m. local time, while Demi Vollering and Marlen Reusser will be the last to race. This will take place at 4:30 p.m. Dutch time.

The time difference between the Netherlands/Belgium and Canada is six hours, which means that the Canadian morning coincides with the Dutch afternoon. Davidson will therefore open the World Cycling Championships, but the first target time will likely come from Taylor Knibb. The American will start at 3:45 p.m. Dutch time.

Next, keep an eye out for Olivia Baril, Belgium’s Lotte Claes, Vittoria Guazzini, and Anna Morris, among others. Lieke Nooijen, the first Dutch rider also in contention for a medal, will begin her time trial at 4:16:30 p.m. Lotte Kopecky will start five minutes later.

The last three women to race are Zoe Backstedt, Demi Vollering, and Marlen Reusser. Reusser will start at 4:30 p.m. Dutch time, so 39 kilometers and about 45 to 50 minutes later, we’ll know who the 2026 world champion is.
