If re-elected Oct. 5, a Coalition Avenir Québec government would introduce a new version of a Quebec constitution.
Despite widespread opposition to the idea on the last attempt, CAQ Leader Christine Fréchette announced Saturday her government is not done with the issue.
Trailing in the polls and with the election looming, Fréchette made the announcement in Montebello as the CAQ battles for nationalist votes and the Parti Québécois in particular.
