The Saskatchewan Roughriders keep vowing to get better.

They’re not.

Their latest misstep came Friday in Vancouver, when they couldn’t contain B.C. Lions quarterback Nathan Rourke and lost 31-24 to the red-hot home team. It was Saskatchewan’s second straight loss, fourth in six games and it allowed the Lions to replace the Roughriders as the CFL West’s second-place team.
