Samsung continues to expand its Samsung Art Store with more world-class artwork. The company has now partnered with Artists Rights Society to make more artwork available through the platform. Meanwhile, the Lee Kun-Hee Collection is being showcased at the British Museum in London.
Samsung brings LeRoy Neiman’s art to its TVs
The Samsung partnership with Artists Rights Society starts with a collection of 33 artworks by American artist LeRoy Neiman. The artist was known for his energetic paintings of sports, celebrities, entertainment, and other parts of 20th-century life.
The collection includes artwork inspired by championship boxing, the Olympic Games, jazz clubs, and grand casinos. The artwork is available on select Samsung Art TVs, The Frame and The Frame Pro, through the Samsung Art Store. It joins more than 5,000 artworks from museums, galleries, photographers, and contemporary artists.

In the future, Samsung plans to bring more collections through its partnership with Artists Rights Society. The organization represents more than 120,000 painters, sculptors, photographers, and illustrators around the world. Its members include the estates of several famous artists, such as Salvador Dalí, Henri Matisse, Frida Kahlo, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Mark Rothko.
Lee Kun-Hee Collection arrives at the British Museum
Samsung is also supporting a major exhibition of Korean art at the British Museum in London. The exhibition features artworks from the late Samsung Chairman Lee Kun-Hee Collection. It opened on October 1 and will run until January 31, 2027.
The exhibition features Korean art spanning over two millennia and brings its history together in one story. It shows how Korean artists have developed and reinterpreted the country’s unique artistic traditions over generations

This is the first major presentation of Korean art at the British Museum in more than 40 years. It also reflects the Lee family’s efforts to preserve and share Korean cultural heritage.
The British Museum, the National Museum of Korea, and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea, organized the exhibition. It follows earlier exhibitions of the Lee Kun-Hee Collection in Washington, D.C., and Chicago.
