Cobalt Digital will exhibit at NAB Show New York 2026 (Booth 226, Javits Center, October 21–22), demonstrating its ST 2110/IPMX product line alongside solutions for hybrid SDI/IP environments, C-band transition workflows, and signal processing.

ST 2110 and IPMX

Cobalt has added support for JPEG XS Temporal Differential Coding (JXS TDC) across its IPMX-capable products, enabling plug-and-play discovery and transport of JPEG XS media streams. JPEG XS support is available across Cobalt’s SAPPHIRE mini converters, INDIGO gateways, PACIFIC encoders and decoders, TOPAZ processing platforms, ARIA audio monitors, and UltraBlue multiviewers.

C-Band Transition

The PACIFIC ULL-DEC with SAT-DEMOD adds a factory-installed DVB-S/S2 demodulator, enabling simultaneous ASI and IP output from satellite signals. In hybrid operation, the unit uses Ku- and Ka-band satellite for bulk distribution and Internet connectivity for lost packet recovery, per VSF TR-06-4 Part 7.

blueCORE

The blueCORE standalone signal processing platform delivers up/down/cross conversion, color correction, HDR processing, audio routing and mixing, frame sync, frame rate conversion, audio embedding and de-embedding, SCTE-104 insertion, and logo insertion in a 1RU form factor. It supports SDI inputs and outputs and ST 2110/IPMX, consuming under 80W in the ST 2110 configuration.

UltraBlue MV-SW

The UltraBlue MV-SW multiviewer supports compressed streams, SDI, ST 2110, and IPMX in hardware or software-on-COTS configurations, with flexible audio routing, PIP positioning, tally support, and multiple display configurations.

Audio

The 9935-AUD4-DANTE openGear audio processor cards now support optional fiber I/O for Dante interfaces. The ARIA audio monitor family includes the only fully IPMX-compliant audio monitor and supports 16 SDI or 64 MADI channels.

“The industry is no longer asking whether it will move to IP; it is asking how to make that transition practical,” says Suzana Brady, SVP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, Cobalt Digital. “At NAB New York, we will demonstrate an end-to-end ecosystem that provides broadcasters with the tools they need to move at their own pace, while also addressing challenges such as the C-band transition. From IPMX and ST 2110 to standalone processing and multiviewing, our goal remains the same: provide practical solutions that make complex workflows easier to deploy and operate.”
