Status report
Sergachev, who exited a 5-3 win at the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday because of an upper-body injury, will be in the lineup, Mammoth coach Andre Tourigny said. … Cossa was the first goaltender off the ice after Utah’s morning skate, indicating he will start. … McAvoy will serve the fifth of a six-game suspension by the NHL Department of Player Safety, which the defenseman received for slashing Buffalo Sabres forward Zach Benson during Game 6 of the Eastern Conference First Round last season.
