Angel Reese propelled the Atlanta Dream to a sweep of the New York Liberty in the semifinals, averaging 20.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.3 blocks in the series. Now, the team is headed to the WNBA Finals where they will face the Golden State Valkyries.
However, there is still some time left before the championship. Since the two teams swept their respective semifinals series last Friday, they have a week to rest before the WNBA Finals, which kicks off at Chase Center on Saturday.
As the Dream and Valkyries enjoy a much-needed break before their highly anticipated showdown, Reese and her Atlanta teammates have taken the opportunity to spend some time away from the team and the basketball court.
