The official Fall Fun and Frights programme lists face painting, crafts, character meet-and-greets and marshmallow roasting. The advertised mix varies; do not assume an attraction listed for one session appears at every other session.
At Gore Meadows on October 23, DJ Neil’s glow-in-the-dark dance party is listed throughout the evening in the Haunted Museum. Magic shows run from 6:15 to 7 p.m. and 8:15 to 9 p.m., with a Monster Mash Dance Party between them, from 7:15 to 8 p.m.
On October 24, the afternoon programme replaces that middle show with Snow White’s Enchanted Princess Story Time and Dance Party, from 4:15 to 5 p.m. Magic shows are listed at 3:15 and 5:15 p.m. Families choosing that activity should plan around its particular start.
Free admission and optional food donations
The City’s detailed donation guidance says admission is free and non-perishable contributions to Knights Table are encouraged. Registration is not required for these signature celebrations. A donation should not be treated as a compulsory ticket purchase.
That drop-in arrangement does not extend to every seasonal recreation activity. The page separately lists registered crafts and programmes. Check the particular booking information before combining a celebration with another activity.
Check the venue before travelling
The Gore Meadows venue page warns that its snack bar closes for renovations beginning October 19. Plan refreshments accordingly rather than relying on the centre’s usual food service.
