Hey Subscribers,
It’s déjà vu on Substack this morning. On October 19, 2025, I couldn’t sleep, so I stayed up all night reviewing the WorldTour riders that PCS listed as out of contract for next season and updated each one.

Fast forward a year, I did the same thing again, so if you want the latest transfer news on Danny van Poppel, Søren Kragh Andersen, James Knox, Mauri Vansevenant and dozens more, come this way.Â
Daniel 💤 🫶
🇸🇮 PrimoĹľ RogliÄŤ. – The veteran keeps everyone guessing about his next move. Latest intel at Lombardia said the Slovenian was deciding between Lotto IntermarchĂ©, Pinarello Q36.5, and Tudor Pro Cycling, but the latter’s management told several parties he wasn’t joining them, and Lotto was still waiting for an answer after offering RogliÄŤ a contract. Pinarello Q36.5 showed strong interest, but the sentiment was that they weren’t willing to make a crazy offer. Retirement can’t be ruled out either.
🇳🇱 Danny van Poppel – The Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe rider has been listed as free all season, but he wasn’t on the rider lists his agents sent to teams at the start of the season, so the smart money was on the fact that he was never out of contract in the first place. Red Bull are shy about publicly announcing contract lengths, but from everything we know, he’s with the team through 2027, 2028 and 2029. With the young sprinters coming through next year, Van Poppel’s role will be huge in guiding them.
🇦🇺 Ben O’Connor – The Australian rider is heading to Decathlon in 2027. L’Équipe broke that news on the eve of the Tour de France.
🇩🇰 Michael Valgren – It’s an open secret that he’s going to Netcompany Ineos. It’s a great move for him; he’ll do well there, and he’s been fantastic on EF for the last few years. I expect news on this one top drop in the next 24/48 hours, with the team currently having a camp in Copenhagen.
