A 36-year-old man was fighting for his life after being stabbed inside a Montreal apartment Thursday afternoon, Montreal police said. A suspect has been arrested.
According to Jean-Pierre Brabant, a Montreal police spokesperson, police were called to an apartment on Albert-Ferland St., in the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville, at about noon following reports of an injured man.
The victim was found suffering from at least one stab wound to his upper body, Brabant said. He was conscious when taken to a hospital but remained in critical condition Thursday afternoon.
