It’s that time of year again. Road racing is over for 2026, the Track World Championships have passed by, and the cyclocross season is just getting warmed up, so some of the biggest stories in cycling focus on who will race where next season. With Paul Seixas staying put, for now, the 2027 transfer market has not been quite as dramatic and season-defining as last year’s, but there’s always something to pique the interest.

This year, broken contracts seem to have become a key theme, and relatedly, the politics of new management and loyalty. What’s more, though Seixas hasn’t been among the transfers, questions over his future have had a big impact on the market as a whole, delaying decisions for his own and rival teams. Take a deep breath, because next year might just be even bigger.

There are a few questions still to chew over in the coming weeks and months, some with (hopefully) imminent resolution, others likely to occupy time and space for months to come:

Where will Primož Roglič race in 2027? Or will he drop the mic and retire altogether? Will we learn anything about Paul Seixas’ future before 2027, or is he going to keep us on tenterhooks through next season?Does Picnic-PostNL have a future? How is the first full season under the Schlecks going to go for Lidl-Trek?

The transfer market is very much still open, with very few teams having confirmed their 2027 rosters, and countless riders adrift, including those waving for a lifeboat amid the demise of teams Kern Pharma and Flanders-Baloise, but not TotalEnergies after all. Here are all the transfers announced so far in the men’s WorldTour peloton, plus the top ProTeams, arranged team by team to illustrate evolution from one year to the next.
