This phase includes 84 purpose-built rental townhomes that feature three or four bedrooms, finished basements, private yards, an attached garage and private driveway. There are five home designs ranging from 2,138 to 2,667 square feet, a release reads.
The community is managed by Daniels Gateway Rental Communities.

The area also includes a new public park with accessible playground equipment.
The first townhomes are anticipated to be move-in ready beginning Dec. 1.
