Police arrived to find a man suffering from life-threatening injuries and “despite best efforts from first responders,” the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Earlier on Monday, police provided a description of the suspect they were looking for. The man was described as Black, with a large build and long dreadlocked hair. He was reported to have a tattoo of five stars on his left upper cheek.
